SoFi Posts Record Third-Quarter Revenue of $1.4 Billion, Raises Full-Year Guidance

SoFi Technologies (NASDAQ: $SOFI) raised its full-year forecast on Tuesday after reporting record third-quarter revenue of $1.39 billion, driven by a record $16.9 billion in new loan originations.

Revenue rose 44% from a year earlier, and net income climbed 73% to $241 million, or $0.18 per share. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, rose 70% to $470 million, a 34% margin. The company added a record 1.2 million members, bringing the total to 17.1 million, and a record 2.2 million products, taking the total to 26.7 million. Deposits grew $5.8 billion in the quarter to $51.3 billion.

SoFi now expects about $5.04 billion in adjusted net revenue for 2026, which would be 40% growth, and about $1.66 billion in adjusted EBITDA. It also issued its first 2027 guidance, calling for about $6.4 billion in adjusted net revenue, $2.24 billion in adjusted EBITDA and $0.90 in earnings per share. The company said both outlooks are above analyst estimates, according to FactSet.

CEO Anthony Noto said the results were exceptional given how 2026 has unfolded. SoFi’s strategy, he said, is to add members who use more products and generate more revenue on each, and the company now has eight businesses that each produce more than $100 million in annualized revenue. SoFi set a goal of reaching 100 million products by 2030.

Crypto remains a small part of the business. SoFi Crypto, which launched in the fourth quarter of 2025, had about 503,000 products at the end of September. The company recorded net crypto transaction revenue of $1.6 million for the quarter, after about $160 million in related costs. Last week, SoFi launched SoFi Earn, a tokenized deposit that pays 4.4% interest and converts into its SoFiUSD stablecoin.

Shares of SoFi Technologies (NASDAQ: SOFI) are currently trading at $16.51, down from a 52 week high of $32.73.
