Market Strategist Says Money Is Money to XRP. Here’s What Happened

Financial expert Levi believes the recent turbulence in the cryptocurrency market could be masking a significant shift in institutional investment toward XRP.
While retail traders react to exchange-related concerns and falling prices, he sees major investors increasing their exposure to XRP and the infrastructure surrounding the XRP Ledger.
His assessment comes amid reports of substantial Binance withdrawals, growing institutional investment in XRP funds, and increased activity involving Ripple’s dollar-backed stablecoin, RLUSD.
In a video accompanying his post on X, Levi explained that investors are focusing too heavily on short-term market volatility while overlooking developments in institutional adoption. He also suggested that capital is moving away from vulnerable centralized exchanges toward regulated financial infrastructure.

Binance Crisis Triggers Billions in Withdrawals
Levi began by discussing the difficult conditions that followed October’s disappointing performance across the cryptocurrency market. He described the situation as particularly concerning for traders, pointing to an alleged $6.3 billion security incident involving Binance.
He also claimed that the exchange restricted withdrawals for approximately two days before gradually restoring the service through phased processing. The situation reportedly prompted users to reassess their exposure to centralized trading platforms.
According to Levi, traders withdrew more than $3.75 billion from Binance within 10 hours after withdrawals resumed. He presented the reported outflows as evidence of growing anxiety among cryptocurrency investors.
Levi believes these developments contributed to retail selling pressure as traders responded to uncertainty surrounding exchange security and access to their funds. However, he suggested that institutional investors could be pursuing a different strategy during the same period.
XRP Institutional Adoption Gains Momentum
Levi identified XRP as one of the potential beneficiaries of changing institutional investment preferences. He claimed that XRP experienced its strongest month of institutional adoption, citing developments involving major cryptocurrency platforms and financial products.
He specifically mentioned Coinbase and Robinhood integrating with the XRP Ledger, describing their connections as evidence of increasing access to its infrastructure. These developments could support greater participation from financial institutions and other market participants.
The financial expert also referenced XRP investment funds, which he said had reached $3.32 billion in global assets under management. This figure represents the scale of capital held across the relevant investment products and reflects growing institutional participation in XRP-related markets.
Levi further highlighted RLUSD, noting that more than $1 billion was held on-chain. The stablecoin’s growing supply represents another development he believes deserves attention as financial institutions explore blockchain-based settlement and payment infrastructure.
Wall Street Investors Continue Buying XRP
Another important part of Levi’s assessment involved exchange-traded funds. He claimed that Wall Street ETFs continued purchasing millions of dollars worth of XRP throughout the week, including during market declines.
He interpreted this activity as evidence that institutional investors remain interested in increasing their exposure despite the uncertainty affecting cryptocurrency prices.
Levi’s central argument is that capital is changing its preferred entry points into the cryptocurrency market. He believes investors are moving away from centralized exchanges and toward regulated financial products and blockchain infrastructure.
He concluded by explaining why he continues buying XRP despite the market conditions. In his view, retail investors are concentrating on immediate price movements while overlooking institutional investment and developments across the XRP ecosystem.
