Analyst Who Called August Rally Says It’s Time to Pay Attention to XRP Again. Here’s why

Crypto analyst Crypto Michael (@MichaelXBT) is telling his followers it is time to pay attention to XRP again. He is referencing his July 1 call, reminding his audience that he accumulated XRP at around $1 and predicted the rally that followed.
Now, with XRP consolidating for over two months since that move, he believes another breakout is coming. “The next major break-out is due very soon,” he wrote.
The Original Call
On July 1, Crypto Michael posted a weekly XRP chart showing XRP compressed inside a long falling wedge, grinding down from its $3.65 all-time high set in July 2025. The asset’s price was sitting at around $1. He wrote at the time: “I’ve been accumulating XRP here. You’re about to see why.”
The call proved correct. XRP surged from around $1 to approximately $1.70 in August, a gain of roughly 70%. The move broke XRP out of the falling wedge that had contained its price for over a year. XRP then spent the following two months consolidating, trading between approximately $1.25 and $1.50 through September and October.
It’s time to pay attention to XRP again.
XRP has been consolidating for over 2 months since the initial 70% rally I called at the $1 bottom.

Two Months of Consolidation
Crypto Michael addressed this consolidation period directly. “XRP has been consolidating for over 2 months since the initial 70% rally I called at the $1 bottom,” he wrote. The asset has held above the breakout level while compressing into a tighter range, which analysts typically read as a sign of strength ahead of another move.
Crypto Michael believes the consolidation is nearing its end. The $1.70 level remains the key resistance XRP needs to clear to open the path toward higher targets, including the $2 region that acted as resistance during XRP’s 2025 decline.
What to Expect from XRP
XRP trades at $1.32 today, still approximately 64% below its all-time high. The token has held above the $1.25 support level that has been tested twice in October without breaking. The analyst now has over two months of consolidation price action supporting his thesis.
The $1.70 resistance level is the line between the current range and a larger move. Crypto Michael made a call at a low that most dismissed. The 70% rally that followed gave him credibility. Now he is calling for a second upward move, and the market will deliver its verdict soon.
